Cancellation Policy
How to cancel a monthly plan and what happens to access and saved work.
How to cancel
Use Cancel Subscription in Subscription settings to schedule a protected period-end cancellation, or use Manage billing to open the secure Dodo Payments customer portal. Cancellation changes access only after a verified provider event or protected reconciliation, and a period-end cancellation normally keeps paid access until that verified effective date.
Saved work after cancellation
Cancellation or downgrade does not silently delete projects, favourites, or settings. Existing projects remain readable, exportable, downloadable, and deletable. New cloud projects are blocked while usage exceeds the Free allowance.
Payment failure and grace
A temporary verified renewal failure may receive a short configurable grace period. A failed initial payment never grants paid access. Update payment details through the Dodo Payments portal.

Cancellation and account questions should be sent to support@ydksimulab.com. Cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
