Cancellation Policy
How to cancel a monthly plan and what happens to access and saved work.
How to cancel
Use Manage billing in Subscription settings to open Paddle's secure customer portal. A cancellation scheduled for period end normally keeps paid access until that verified effective date.
Saved work after cancellation
Cancellation or downgrade does not silently delete projects, favourites, or settings. Existing projects remain readable, exportable, downloadable, and deletable. New cloud projects are blocked while usage exceeds the Free allowance.
Payment failure and grace
A temporary verified renewal failure may receive a short configurable grace period. A failed initial payment never grants paid access. Update payment details through Paddle's portal.
