Terms of Service
Rules for using YDK Simu Lab and its optional account and cloud features.
Using the service
YDK Simu Lab provides educational simulations and workspace tools. You may use guest features without signing in. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your Google account, and use the service lawfully.
Cloud projects
Google Sign-In is optional and is required only for cloud projects and account settings. You retain responsibility for your project content. Keep independent backups of important work because availability and storage cannot be guaranteed.
Paid subscriptions
Optional Gold and Diamond plans renew monthly until cancelled. Dodo Payments displays and processes the final recurring total. Plan access begins and changes only after verified billing events. The Subscription & Billing Terms, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, disrupt, probe, automate excessive requests to, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another user's data. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
Educational limitations
Simulation output is approximate and may be affected by numerical methods, model assumptions, time steps, display precision, and software defects. Verify important results independently. Do not rely on the service for safety-critical, medical, industrial, or professional engineering decisions.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may restrict abusive access and may update these terms when necessary. Material changes require renewed acceptance before signed-in cloud services are used.
Owner review
The service owner must review governing-law, business-identity, age-eligibility, refund, and dispute provisions for each launch region before public release.
