General support
Use the public Feedback / Contact form from Help or Workspace Settings, or email support@ydksimulab.com for technical help, account questions, and general enquiries. No account is required. Include only information needed to investigate the request.
Legal enquiries
Send legal notices and questions about the service terms or publishing rules to legal@ydksimulab.com.
Privacy requests
Send privacy questions, data access requests, and deletion requests to privacy@ydksimulab.com. Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, private credentials, sensitive student records, medical information, or confidential project data.
Refund requests
Send subscription refund requests to refunds@ydksimulab.com with only the minimum account and charge information needed to locate the purchase. Never send card numbers or security codes.
