Refund Policy
This policy explains Dodo Payments processing, monthly subscription cancellation, refund eligibility, refund requests, and account access after a verified refund.
Monthly paid subscriptions
YDK Simu Lab offers monthly Gold and Diamond subscriptions at the current prices shown on the Pricing page from protected server configuration. Dodo Payments displays the authoritative recurring total, applicable taxes, and currency before payment. Access is granted only after a verified provider webhook.
Payment processing and cancellation
Dodo Payments processes checkout, card and payment details, applicable taxes, invoices, receipts, and payment-side refunds. Dodo Payments may act as Merchant of Record where the applicable merchant agreement says so; this description must be confirmed against the active agreement. YDK Simu Lab does not store card numbers. Plans renew monthly until cancelled, and cancellation or payment-method management uses the hosted Dodo Payments customer portal.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility is assessed against the verified Dodo Payments transaction, the reason for the request, service use, duplicate or incorrect charges, this policy, the applicable Dodo Payments process, and mandatory consumer rights. A request does not guarantee approval. Mandatory regional consumer protections continue to apply where required.
Requesting help or a refund
Contact refunds@ydksimulab.com with the account email, approximate charge date, plan, and the minimum information needed to locate the purchase. Never send card numbers, security codes, authentication tokens, or full billing details. Dodo Payments may complete the payment-side refund workflow.
Access and saved data after a refund
Only a verified Dodo Payments refund, chargeback, or lifecycle event can change subscription access. A verified full refund or chargeback may return the account to Free and trigger reconciliation. Existing projects are not silently deleted; users may continue to view, export, download, or delete saved projects, while new saves remain subject to the effective plan limit.
Cancellation is not automatically a refund
Cancelling a future monthly subscription normally stops later renewals and may leave access active until the verified end of the paid period. It does not automatically refund a completed charge. Failed or abandoned checkout does not grant paid access and creates no refund entitlement.
Regional rights and legal review
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Applicable regional terms require review before subscriptions are offered in a new jurisdiction. Legal questions may be sent to legal@ydksimulab.com.
